Some of you may have seen the front page of The Garden Island Newspaper reporting that the judge has tossed our Covid-19 lawsuit - with the intent to make it sound like a piece of garbage. Then to add insult to injury Hawaii Free Press decided to pick up the story but with an added jab. Here is what Levana has to say about it...

We will be appealing our case to a higher court as we expected and remain confident that previous 9th circuit precedence will play a vital role in the decision of the judges. So, it's not over just yet! Thank you for your continued support.

The clock is ticking. Proposed changes to Title IX are federal and will affect every school in Hawaii. Boys who identity as girls will be able to play on girls teams, use girls locker rooms and stay overnight in the same spaces as girls.

This unfair competition allows biological males to compete with girls without regard to safety and to take their scholarships and titles they have worked hard for.
